Glasgow Masters Preparatory Study Experience

During this period, the 23fall students who applied through Wang Wanwan are starting to start school one after another🏃🏻 . We have also received a lot of feedback from students after the school started. Today we invited x student from the Master's Preparatory Course in Educational Studies in Glasgow👨🏻‍🎓 , share your experience during the first period of school~

Q: Do you encounter any problems in class?

👨🏻‍🎓 : No problem. The course is quite simple. The overall IELTS score is 6.5. If the sub-score is no less than 6, you can be exempted from EAP (that is, English class). My writing is not 6, so I have to take it, but I am currently taking classes. Still going well

Q: What content do you mainly study on a daily basis, and how is the teacher’s teaching quality?

👨🏻‍🎓 : The classes I am currently taking include statistics, English, survey research, and critical thinking and academic writing. The teachers 👨‍🏫 teach well and they are very patient. I still have to study on my own after class. Can fully understand.

Q: What is your impression of Glasgow? What do you like to do on weekends?

👨🏻‍🎓 : Generally speaking, the security here is very good. Everything including transportation and shopping are very convenient. On weekends, I choose to go out for shopping, go to supermarkets to find delicious food, and go to museums and vintage shops. Walking around, very interesting

Q: What advice do you have for future students coming to Glasgow to study?

👨🏻‍🎓 : If you want to have more experience studying abroad, join clubs with many foreigners and some local activities. For example, churches also have weekly activities, dancing💃flower arranging, etc., and there are also activities in schools🏫 The debating club is also quite good. If you want to practice English, these channels are a good choice. Students can run for it. There are also school activities. Basically, new content is posted on the website every day. If you can participate, go and participate.

In addition, come early if you can before school starts⌚️ . If other students haven't arrived at school yet, the staff will handle matters faster, and you can also receive some useful second-hand information. Coming a few days early will make everything go smoothly. Incomparable

There are also some suggestions on character. If you have any questions, you must ask them. For example, if you don’t know how to take the train, you must ask the locals or staff. If there are things in the school that have not been dealt with for you, you must often urge them. Don’t be embarrassed, otherwise many things will be inconvenient❌

I have to say that classmate
